Cascades Center for Dental Health accepts coverage from several dental insurance companies. We will file claims & insurance paperwork on your behalf and work closely with your insurer to get you the best treatment possible.

Note: Patients are always required to pay their insurer's co-payments or patient portion at the time of the appointment. Once the insurer submits payment to our office, it is also the patient's responsibility to pay us any difference or remaining balance.

Our Insurance Philosophy and Management
Our team will do everything we can to help maximize the benefits your insurer provides. This can be difficult sometimes, as policies and the insurance industry are constantly changing. In an effort to help patients get the most from their insurance, our office administrators are continually studying the different companies, plans, and policies. We also provide careful examination with advanced equipment, allowing us to diagnose and determine the best treatment.
Our goal at Cascades is to give our patients the highest quality dental treatment available and deliver this treatment with fees that are an exceptional value. Unfortunately, some cost-driven insurance companies try to maximize profits by refusing to pay for anything but the cheapest alternatives, often at the expense of the patient's best interests. When this happens, our administrator often needs to write several letters and make multiple phone calls to get the company to reevaluate the case and pay for recommended treatment.
We refuse to cave to insurers' long-distance, site-unseen recommendations that aren't in your best interest. It is our policy to maximize insurance and submit the insurance paperwork for you, ensuring you get exceptional dental treatment and care.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept cash, checks, and major debit and credit cards.
What If I Don't Have Dental Insurance?
We understand that not everyone has dental insurance. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer financing options.
How Does Medicare Advantage Work?
Medicare Advantage is an optional add-on that expands Medicare's medical insurance program. This supplemental insurance covers many treatments, including checkups, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, root canal therapy, and more. However, complex dental services aren't covered under the plan.
Medicare Advantage for Cascades is billed through Aetna and Delta Dental and is only available at our Burke and Centreville, VA, offices.
