Francis - Practice Manager
Francis Del Cid has lived in Northern Virginia for over 25 years. She has been an integral part of our amazing work family since 2007. Francis always puts patients’ needs and concerns first. She lives in Manassas with her daughter Sophie and their cute 4 lb dog Khloe. In her free time she likes to watch Netflix, go to the movies and workout at the gym.
Rosie - Dental Assistant
Rosie has been a dental assistant for over 15 years. She is originally from Mexico and has been living in Northern Virginia for 25 years. Rosie strives to always listen to her patients and attend to their needs. She enjoys making a difference in people’s lives and helping them reach their goal to optimum oral health.
Yang - Registered Dental Hygienist
Yang Suk Kim is one of our amazing hygienists. She has been working as a dental hygienist since 2016. Prior to working in dentistry she had a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management. Yang is committed to making your hygiene appointment a comfortable and positive experience. When not at the office she enjoys hiking and trail walking with her husband and two sons.
Katherine - Dental Assistant
Katherine has been an assistant since 2019 and is passionate about the dental field. She has lived in Northern Virginia for 20 years. On her free time, she likes to spend time with friends and family, go hiking, and play with her two chihuahuas. Katherine also likes to experience new restaurants and different cuisines.
Jennifer - Patient Coordinator
Jennifer began her Dental Career in 1999 as a Dental Assistant and instantly fell in love with the field! After 12 years as a Lead Assistant, she decided to return to school to obtain her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Healthcare. After graduating, Jennifer decided to pursue the administration side of dentistry. Since then, she has managed, consulted, taught upcoming dental assistants, mentored, and participated in many public speaking events related to dental management. She enjoys reading historical biographies about the Renaissance, the Dynasties of Western Europe and attending renaissance fairs. She loves to spend time with her 6 boys: attending their football games, wrestling matches, and track meets. But most of all, she loves walking with her sweet chihuahua, Joyce.
Zaria - Patient Coordinator
Zaria is a Northern Virginia native. She is the youngest of 2 sisters who loves to spend time with her niece. She graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in Biology and hopes to go to dental school in the future. She loves the dental field and her role in helping patients have an amazing experience.
Melissa - Registered Dental Hygienist
Melissa, now in her third year with Cascades and truly enjoying every minute spent with her patients and coworkers, has been practicing Dental Hygiene for over 16 years. Originally hailing from Massachusetts, where she earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Middlesex College, Melissa has spent her entire career in the dental field - beginning as a Dental Assistant in her early teenage years, working up to office and clinical management, and now spending the last decade and a half as a Hygienist, helping her patients achieve their perfect smile. Outside of the treatment room, Melissa spends her free time with her husband and son, most often splitting time between being on the water, boating and at the ball field, watching her son play baseball. She enjoys the outdoors and sports, particularly baseball, hockey and football - and is an unabashed Boston fan for all three (the Nats are her favorite NL team, but not when they play the Sox) - and good food, live music and relaxing with friends and family spell a perfect day.
