My first cleaning/exam outside of the military. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The hygienist, Sue, was meticulous and thorough, and ensured I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Dr. Dokku answered every question I had. I’ve done very well with my dental hygiene throughout my past but I realized that previous dental visits had been more reactive than proactive. I feel like Dr. Dokku and Sue not only advised on my current dental concerns but also armed me to combat future dental issues. I’m in my 40s and dental longevity is a high priority of mine for overall health. Big thanks to Dr Dokku and the Cascades One team! Highly recommended!

Dr. Ruparelia is truly a tooth whisperer. In my experience, he is one of the finest dentist/dental surgeon in the country, and I would gladly continue as his patient even if he relocated his practice elsewhere. I've been coming to this practice since 2018, and over the years, my trust in his expertise has only grown stronger.I wouldn't let anyone else work on my teeth. Dr. Ruparelia combines exceptional technical skill with an artist's eye for detail, ensuring that every treatment is not only functional but also aesthetically flawless. Fantastic experience, great people and incredible results

My blood pressure was the lowest it’s ever been when at the dentist. Jenny and Dr Makara are so friendly and kind and gentle that for once in my life, I don’t dread going to the dentist.

I have been visiting Cascade Dental One in Centreville for a couple of years, and the experience has consistently been excellent.Dr. Edelbi is truly exceptional — she takes the time to thoroughly understand each situation, explains everything in clear, simple terms, and walks you through her recommendations so you always feel informed and confident in your care. Her expertise and attention to detail are very reassuring.Rosie, her assistant, also goes above and beyond to ensure you feel comfortable and at ease during every procedure. Her thoughtful approach makes a big difference, especially if you tend to feel anxious.The front office team is always friendly and accommodating, making scheduling and any adjustments hassle-free.

The most phenomenal dental practice in Northern Virginia! As someone with dental anxiety I have truly felt comfortable and relaxed at every visit. The entire team is so welcoming and genuinely understands dental anxiety and always offer plenty of options to help with anxiety. Dr. Edelbi and Katherine have been a godsend in getting my smile back. Francis and Jennifer up front always go above and beyond and are extremely helpful with insurance and financing.

My family and I have been going to Cascades Dental for over 15 years and they are top-notch. They run a very good tight ship and have a very clean and professional office. The doctors are exceptional at what they do as well as the dental hygienists. Highly recommended!
