We changed dentists when our old dentist was no longer in our insurance network. To our shock, we learned that he was not as on top of things as we thought. But to our great relief, we are in good hands now with Dr. Dokku and her staff. Everyone was very reassuring and supportive. We feel very well cared for now!

Excellent staff

I can't recommend CascadesONE and the ENTIRE team of staff any more. I went for my first appointment yesterday (after sending my partner to get her teeth taken care of first 🤣) and I was put at ease the moment I walked in. Every single person I came in contact with at the Burke office was friendly, welcoming and calming. I have been to many dentists over the years and not once have I ever been treated like this, like an actual person instead of just a patient.You will not find a more relaxing office - dental work is scary, this entire team works hard to make it so much less scary!

I couldn't imagine a better place anywhere that treats all of your dental needs as well as CascadesOne does. It's a very clean environment Friendly, professional and Very experienced Staff.

Dr. Ruparelia and Jessica were amazing. Dr. R had to fix an implant crown that was made incorrectly originally by a previous dentist. Needless to say the improvement was felt immediately! Tasha was so helpful with my billing and insurance needs. This office doesn’t disappoint! If you need a dentist that is both an amazing and caring professional this is your place! I’m a registered dental hygienist and I chose Cascades One!!!

All staff members and dental personnel were very professional and friendly and wanted me to be satisfied with the treatment I received.

10 stars if I could…last visit to dentist was during Covid with all manual scraping 🙁 Didn’t sleep the whole night before my appointment I felt so much anxiety and embarrassment. Most places just want to get you in and out but the wonderful Gals @ Cascades One made general conversation with me for 10+ minutes before even mentioning teeth. Full transparency on both prices and diagnosis. Took the time to work out a plan to address my dental issues and have a gentle touch and demeanor. Would recommend to anyone, and I will obviously be returning to fix my many dental issues that they assured me are not too far gone. Wish I had known about Cascades One many years ago!

I have so many dental horror stories, so I always go in to a new office with fear, and apprehension. This office was very welcoming, clean, and the staff was very welcoming, educated on what I was getting done, and kind. This was easily the most comfortable dental visit I have had in 50 years of going to the dentist. Highly recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office from start to finish. The entire team was welcoming, professional, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. You can truly tell they care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide excellent care.A special shout out to Cerina for being absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, patient, attentive, and made the whole experience so much easier and more comfortable. Outstanding front desk, incredible hygienist ,and the doctor (dentist) is absolutely phenomenal… could not recommend this practice more. Completel professionals.

The staff is all wonderful. Always very welcoming and we always pick up where we last left off even if it's been three days or four months. They give great tips for a healthy smile and is always encouraging. Super friendly.
