I cannot emphasize this enough, it is THE PATIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM YOUR INSURANCE IS IN NETWORK. I asked the receptionist if they accept our insurance before scheduling, to which they said yes, so I scheduled all 3 in my family for new patient appointments and routine cleanings. After reading some of these reviews I believe they say yes whether they accept it or not (technically they “accept” it, but it was out of network). $1,600 out-of-pocket bill later, and we have since switched providers. Other than that everyone was friendly and it would have been a great office. Only small thing I didn’t care for was I felt like they tried to sell things (that would have been cash pay) such as the blue light oral cancer screenings, which the science isn’t there on yet and hence insurance doesn’t cover. I don’t like feeling like I’m being haggled at the dentist office, especially when I just go for a routine cleaning and the standard preventative care an insurance covers. This is definitely an upscale office and I kind of suspect the hygienists get commissions based on what they sell. They do check gum pocket depths though which hardly anyone does anymore and I really appreciate. Xrays don’t always show gum disease. Anyways, in summary, go to your dental insurance website and personally confirm whether you’re in-network or not, do not rely on them telling you.

From the initial phone call to every visit, everyone is friendly and keeps me informed of the care I need. I neglected my dental health for a long time and they are only interested in getting me back on track. Never any judgement. Highly recommend!

I did have a great time and an excellent service for my first visit! Sue really helped me with my questions and concerns. Would love to come back again for my follow ups.
