First time coming here with both my toddlers! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish . They were super friendly to my kiddos and answered any and all questions I had . Definitely recommend them and will definitely continue coming to this office!

I am actually emotional as I write this. I have had some not-so-great experiences with different dentists and I walked out of this office today feeling RELIEF. I FINALLY found a place who heard my concerns about being very anxious, being judged, pain worries, etc. I even got a cozy blanket! Rosie was the BEST getting me ready to see Dr. Stanley. She answered all of my questions, calmed me down and treated me with such kindness. Dr. Stanley was also amazing! She listened to my concerns, explained in detail treatment options, also calmed my nerves. I am SO relieved to find a place where I finally feel comfortable. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

If there was a dental office in heaven, this would be it. Where the dental assistants are angels and the dentists are devilishly handsome.I've been going there for 18 years and had everything from root canals to implants and bridges, crowns, veneers, gum grafting, and so on. Excellent work and integrity are qualities I greatly appreciate.I can comfortably say I enjoy going to my dentist. I think I've contributed a pretty penny to Dr. R's (Dr. Ruparelia's) kids' college fund—and I've done it very happily.

The dentistry doctors, receptionists, dental hygienists, and support staff have been truly professional and made my dental experience fantastic! The doctors have restored my confidence in the dental profession!

Cascade dental (Centreville Va) is where you need to go for any dental work. I’ve had nothing but a great experience and results! The Dr’s and staff are amazing and truly care about your health! Consider no other and you won’t be sorry! I can say that I will consider no other to meet my needs.

New to this practice, so glad I found it. Dr. Dokku explained everything in detail and spelled out all my treatment options. Everyone in the office was wonderful, but special shout out to Sue the hygienist. Best ever! Highly recommend this practice.

I had a great experience at CascadesONE Sterling as a fairly new customer.The staff is amazing and very friendly. My first cleaning appointment exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to call out my dental hygienist, Enxhi Kosturi, who was excellent. She was very gentle and professional, explained every step of the process, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Her kind and supportive demeanor made the whole visit even better.I also had an absolutely incredible experience with Dr. Makkar and her assistant, Yuli, for the Invisalign treatment I just started. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive.Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend the Sterling location to anyone looking for quality dental care.
