A Dental Experience from a Team You Can Trust

We offer three types of sedation so you don’t have to fear going to the dentist and you can choose the level of sedation most comfortable for you. Best of all, we offer sedation dentistry all under one roof so you can get the care you expect from the team you trust.

CascadesONE Patient Testimonial - Justin G.

“After the first sedation visit, I haven’t felt the need to continue with sedation because they are that good!”

Prioritizing a Comfortable Patient Experience

Sedation dentistry is for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxed dental experience throughout their whole visit. Our expert team can discuss your options and help you choose the right one for you.

Our doctors will either give you a small pill to take an hour before your appointment or use an IV attachment once you get to the office. We will monitor your vital signs and assess whether you need any more medication. Once you are comfortably relaxed in the dental chair, we’ll cover you with a warm blanket and begin our work. Before you know it, the appointment will be over!

Many patients choose to be asleep for the whole dental procedure. This level of sedation is often referred to as sleep dentistry. Our team of top dentists and a certified anesthesiologist will work together to provide the best care possible. This is all done right in our office at CascadesONE Dental, so there’s no need for an extra appointment or to go to another office.

Yes, the medications used at CascadesONE are extremely safe. Dr. Ruparelia holds sedation permits from the Virginia Dental Board. To ensure your safety and comfort, our whole team has been trained to take care of sedation patients and monitor you the entire time you are in the office.
