I have been under the care of Dr. McMillan since I moved to the area 30 years ago and have always received top notch care. This practice is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and up to date in their equipment and techniques. My teeth and gums are ultra sensitive and my hygienists there always give me the "kid glove" treatment: very gentle. I am never nervous in their hands! I highly recommend this practice.

Our family has been using Cascades Dental (formerly McMillan & Associates) since our return from Germany in 1996. I had Botox appt today and it was a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in. I was greeted by the enthusiastic front desk (Jennifer & Mariestella). Then I was escorted to the room with Dr. Stanley and it was amazing. Her assistant Leah took the time to ask me what I was looking for on my Botox journey and Dr. Stanley made the experience quick and painless. CascadeOne Dental - I have been a patient here since it opened. This review is specifically for my Invisalign treatment. The treatment I receive from the staff is top-notch. The process is well laid out and easy to follow. The best part of the experience is the staff. Dr. Makkar is always attentive and spends time explaining and listening. That's a rare thing these days. Tammy is the tech who works with Dr. Makkar. She does much of the set-up work, including button placement, before the alignment trays arrive. She is the patient ambassador. She is amazingly competent.I look forward to every visit because of this dynamic duo.

I have to say that I never go to the dentist. In fact it was 20 years since I went childhood trauma. Don't want to talk about it. Going to Cascade 1. Dental was the best thing for anyone like me could have dreamed of in a dental office. The staff is so kind and amazing. The treatment I received was top notch. They understood my stress levels and did everything to make me feel comfortable. Not that I would usually tell anybody to go to the dentist because let's face it. It's a dentist but if you are going to go and looking for a good one, this is it.

When it comes to a "trip to the dentist", I am a devout coward. When I first visited Cascades Dental Center I was asked to fill out a standard new patient form....in the blank next to allergies I but one word - PAIN.After years of poor maintenance my teeth were in bad shape. Mostly because of that unique, eye-watering, painful sensation that eventually seems to follow not long after I fall back into a dentist chair.Not so at Cascades Dental. Dr. Ruparelia and Dr. Hagert go out of their way to make sure that I am always comfortable and pain free. Even when I just THINK that there might be some pain...they address it instantly.The whole crew makes it a pleasure (seriously) to get my teeth repaired and I now look forward to my visits....most recently to Dr. Hagert. I have seen Jenny at this practice for over 20 years and absolutely love the experience. Well, as much as one can "love" going to the dentist! My kids (20 and 17) have just transferred over from their pediatric dentist and now see Jenny and Kelly. Their first appointments went smoothly and wonderfully, as both hygienists made them feel comfortable while keeping them informed to what was going on. My whole family has had wonderful experiences at Cascades Dental of Centreville. From the youngest who just needed basic care to the oldest who needed much more intensive work done, we have all been very comfortable and have felt welcomed and cared for. I was anxious because I had been avoiding getting dental work done for a while before finally making an appointment. There was no judgment, and Dr. Edelbi and her staff made sure I got the care I needed and communicated the treatment plan very clearly and answered all my questions. Dr. Stanley has taken care of some of my kids, and I was told to “put 10/10 on the review” by one of them. The assistants and hygienists are very gentle, kind, and friendly. From the front desk to checking out, we’ve been very happy with this practice.

The dental surgeons at Cascades are excellent. The anaesthesiologist is very careful and professional. All the staff are super caring and careful with phobic patients like me. With their "Cascades 1" package everything is included.They sedated me and replaced ALL my teeth in one day for about $40,000 inclusive, including scans, 6 hours general sedation, 12 dental implants to anchor the new teeth, 12 months of aftercare, about a dozen sets of temporary dentures (12 months worth), unlimited time for questions, adjustments, and corrections... and a gorgeous final set of zirconium teeth I am extremeły happy with.I couldn't guess how many hours they spent with me, but it's not really that expensive by the hour. Their equipment is state of the art. You should see the several sets of 3-D scans of my whole mouth. Once everything is ready digitally, they print out your trial teeth (many sets over months) on a 3D printer and keep tweaking them until you decide they're perfect, then they mill the final set from xirconium. Plus they scan and mold prescription night guards.All of this work is included in the price, no matter what you need. Even the first 6 month hygiene check-up is incłuded. I would recommend them without qualms, they're the greatest. I had to drive many miles for each visit for a year, and I would gladly do it again, they are that excellent.

I just had two teeth pulled without anesthesia like I originally set out to do. I didn’t go the anesthesia route because of the care and professionalism of the staff and how comfortable they made me feel. Everything about the appointment from the stress ball to distract me to how fast and precise everything was everything was wrapped up and I was heading out before I knew it. I couldn’t recommend cascades dental enough! They are absolutely amazing! 🤩

Awesome service! Dr. Sue is very patient, passionate and knowledgeable. Her customer service is the best. I actually followed her from another office because I love her care. She is the best ever! The office is clean, smells good, and they offer refreshments. They offer moisturizer for your lips if it gets dry during your cleaning and a pillow which makes getting your cleaning more enjoyable. Dr. Dokku also very nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs.

From day 1 at my consult to 4 months post implant I can't say enough good things. The entire staff is so friendly, caring and supportive. Dr R is the best! He explains everything in detail so you understand what to expect. He's very caring, knowledgeable, friendly. He understood that I couldn't do the full mouth implants at one time. He gave me solutions until I was ready to get the lowers done. I'll be having them done in October. Would highly recommend this office and Dr. R.I had an appointment today to have mouth scans done for my permanent implants. The staff is very attentive and skilled. Dr. R. listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I'm so looking forward to my next appointment in two weeks to have the permanent implants put in.

I can’t thank the team at Cascades Burke enough. They are so kind and understanding about my dental anxiety! When I arrived, I was instantly greeted by Cerina, who always treats me like family. Seeing her is always the first step in calming my nerves. I won’t make an appointment if she won’t be here. When I sat in the chair, my dental hygienist, Sue immediately started working on my comfort with a blanket, pillow and a signal to alert me when she needed to ask me a question (I had my headphones cranked up all the way). I pointed out a section of my gums that was causing me trouble. Sue, was non judgmental and recommended a mouthwash she knew would help me. She had me laughing and sharing funny stories. Doctor Dokku came in for the exam. She was very gentle, knowledgeable, discussed a treatment plan and answered all of my questions.

I have been going to Cascades now for sometime and I must say that the atmosphere there has always been very quint In a satisfying way. It’s a shame that we can describe a place as being old fashioned, but what I’m expressing is what should be the norm when entering an establishment. Dr. Muhammad and the team are professional and use state of the art equipment, technology and procedures. I am very pleased and grateful for the extensive experience I had. Dr. Muhammad explained things in advance and executed calmly and professionally.For those wanting details, here is some research and history. After several surgeries that impacted my teeth and jaw, I had 3 implants in my bottom front teeth done over 10 years ago. It was not an ideal experience with the surgery or the anesthesia. Most oral surgeons do the anesthesia themselves which is less than ideal if it takes more time than expected as it did for me. Furthermore, I don’t recall any consideration for the fact I had severe sleep apnea. My retiring prosthodontist advised me to do the entire arch whenever I developed additional issues in the future rather than just do one implant at a time for a sturdier, longer lasting effect.When I developed an abscess in my jaw the end of 2023, I began extensive research. I paid hundreds of dollars for consultations with 3 surgeons and 2 prosthodontists located in Maryland and Virginia. The conventional approach even in 2024 essentially was: work with the prosthodontist in advance who often has an oral surgeon of choice. On the day of the surgery, you go to the oral surgeon’s office and have the teeth removed and implants surgically placed. Anesthesia is administered by the oral surgeon. Then your ride drives you to the prosthodontist where you are worked on for several more hours. You are fitted with temporary teeth that hopefully line up with the implants placed. Months later you eventually are fitted with permanent teeth. The materials used for the implants and the teeth are subject to additional charges if you want titanium implants and Zirconia teeth. Quite frankly, it seemed completely archaic with many opportunities for great discomfort and poor results, all of which you assume while paying massive amounts of money for the surgeon and for the prosthodontist.I was feeling pretty grim but determined to find a better way. I would travel out of the area if necessary. After hearing radio commercials, I made an appointment at Cascades Dental in Sterling. I am so grateful that I did. After reviewing records and taking more scans, Dr. Muhammad proposed an extensive plan that was a completely different approach. Importantly, Dr. Bui, a board certified anesthesiologist does the anesthesia. She was excellent.All of the procedures are done the same day by the same team—the surgery, the 3D printing and installation of a temporary prosthetic. They provide excellent, thoughtful and professional care unlike past experiences in some dental offices.From the proposal through implementation, the team is very careful to explain what they are doing and why. The state of the art equipment means everything from your standpoint and from the doctor’s standpoint is easier and more precise. Dr. Muhammad listened to and actually heard what you said and the questions asked and was responsive. The Cascades Dental approach is not only MUCH more efficient and sensitive to the comfort of the patient but it is also more economical given the work that is done. Based on my research there is not another group that also gives you a warranty on their work. There was no upcharge for top quality materials as with some of others in my research.After multiple visits and refinements, I received my final Zirconia teeth. I have gone down the road and can now say the difficult process was done in the most professional and effective way possible. It is very rare to be able to recommend someone without reservation for complex dental work but that is how I feel. Kudos to Dr. Muhammad and the team and also a very big THANK YOU.

I HATE the dentist normally, but this place is honestly the absolute best!!! They made me so comfortable and provided great suggestions on what I can do to better my teeth routine! So happy with them!!

Gentle and kind...even for a simple consultation! After enduring years of associating the dentist with pain, my husband recommended visiting Cascades Dental. The staff listened to my concerns and presented a plan to change my future experiences with dental visits. So glad I went!

I went to Cascades for the first time for a last-minute cleaning.They were able to see me and sent me all the paperwork I needed to do via a link in a text message (I chose this instead of through email but that's an option too) It was nice having it out of the way at my leisure rather than showing up early to fill it out before my scheduled time.All the staff were really kind and welcoming and the hygienist I had, Sue, was really nice and gentle. (I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and was a little nervous) The dentist that saw me, Dr. Dokku, was really friendly as well and put me at ease.Overall, a really great experience! I am actually looking forward to my next visit in 6 months.

I used to be very anxious about dental treatment; even cleanings were unpleasant. Once I found Cascades, my fears were over. I have had treatment ranging from routine cleanings, to minor fillings, to several grafts, implants and crowns. Honestly I was nervous about the first graft, but Dr. R and his entire team were, and continue to be great. They are all patient and professional. I highly recommend this practice especially if you have dental fear.

From the initial consultation, throughout the dental procedures, and continuing through follow up appointments and check ups, their staff and doctors went above and beyond to ensure i was informed, comfortable, treated well, and that all my dental needs were adressed professionally. If you are in need of any dental work, from minor to major, i would highly recommend you visit them. Turning decades of discomfort and fear of dentists into a comfortable experience, along with fixing all my dental issues, was truly remarkable!

Cascades Dental has the friendliest support staff, gentlest hygienists, and efficient dentists I have ever experienced. I love dentist visits about as much as self-appendectomies as a rule of thumb, but CD makes the experience pleasurable for a change. Not that I’ll start going every week for enjoyment…. But Ms. Kelly was awesome, attentive, and considerate as always, and this last visit I had a time constraint so she transformed into an efficient helping angel, from postponing some optional exams to walking me out to the always smiling support staff. I broke a tooth last week and it got worse. The pain was unbearable and I called this morning. They got me in in no time flat. They took great care of me and set me up for oral surgery tomorrow. The pain is minimal right now. They were kind and gentle though the whole experience

On Sunday, August 25, I was walking my dog and I am not sure what happened but I bit down and "crack", my uppers split almost in half. I called the Cascades emergency line and they scheduled me for an appointment early on Monday, August 26. I walked in the office with a broken upper and walked out with a brand new set, even though they knew that this Wednesday, I am having my permanent set placed. The Cascades staff, all of them are my heros. They took their time and gave me back my smile, and my confidence. Thank you Cascades. See you on Wednesday.

The dental hygienist was extremely thorough and gentle during the cleaning process, taking the time to explain each step and answer any questions I had.

All of my experiences at Cascades this fall have been excellent, from cleaning to surgery. I was apprehensive about seeing a new dental hygienist, but Sam was wonderful—very gentle and communicative. I had two molars removed, in preparation for implants, by Dr. Dokku. The surgery went very smoothly, and she also was communicative at all times. In fact, she had carefully discussed my treatment with me at a previous appointment and made sure I understood to my satisfaction why everything was being done.

I was very impressed with the thorough and professional treatment that I experienced here. I would definitely recommend Cascades Dental group to anyone looking for friendly and professional dental service in this area.
